Terms Of Service
DISCLAIMER
- By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
- Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
- If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
- I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
- NFT/AI usage is strictly forbidden.

USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following terms of service and agree that the artist reserves the right to terminate any project and the client will forfeit all rights to the work IF anything within TOS has been violated.
Violators will be added to a blacklist indefinitely and without warning.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
General guidelines for any request and communication:
- I, the artist, have the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or doesn't work with my art style.
- There is a 10-slot Waitlist/Hold list. We can discuss if you would like to be added to the Waitlist or Hold List.
- I will not do designs that are too complicated for my style. Any discussion about NSFW and Mecha will need to be discussed privately.
- No hostile or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated during contact.
- Please do not hesitate to reach out to the artist for any updates or questions! Communication is key!
- Once a commission is started, the client is NOT allowed to pull their commission out mid-way.
- Any commission will be done in the artist's original art style. There will be no alterations or requests to change art styles for any requests.
- If you are on hold for over a certain amount of time, I will remove you from the wait/hold list and you, the client will have to refill a form or contact the artist again.
NDA/PRIVACY REQUEST
- If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.
- I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.
- The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
- This also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.
- This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.
- The NDA fee usually starts at +5% of the total quote, but it might differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.
COPYRIGHT + COMMERCIAL USE
As the artist, I hold the rights to the produced artwork.
COPYRIGHT
As the client you may:
- Repost and use the artwork for personal use on social media or elsewhere, with proper credit.
- Use the artwork for streaming and videos (monetized or un-monetized).
- Request not to be tagged on social media before they are ready to debut or show the artwork off yourself if you so wish.However, as the client you MUST:
- Give proper credit to the artist when the art is used.
(@Latte_Artsu in bios, descriptions, etc.)
- NOT claim the artist's work as their own.
- NOT alter or edit the artwork without the artist's permission.And as the artist, I may:
- Use the art in a portfolio and/or for self-promotion.
- Post the art on social media (including works in progress and previews).
- Work on said artwork on streams, post Speedpaints on YouTube, or use it for YouTube content, unless stated otherwise.
COMMERCIAL USE
- If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
- The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
- The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).
PAYMENT
All payments will be made through PayPal (USD) only!
Regular commissions are to be paid all upfront unless planned otherwise.
V-Tuber Model commission payment plans are to be privately discussed.
- The commission will begin once payment is sent. If you do not pay first, the work will not start. Holding payment for over a certain amount of time will also result in your commission being scrapped.
- Please understand that my commissions are non-refundable once the work begins.
- If you are paying in parts for a V-Tuber Model, we will discuss a payment plan privately.
- If you are unable to pay Character Illustration commissions all upfront, we can discuss a payment plan.
Deadlines/Workflow
During commission work, the client is free to reach out to the artist for any progress on their request.
- For V-Tuber commissions, if working with a deadline, please do not request a deadline that's within a month.
- For V-Tuber commissions, if the client is unable to meet up with payment deadlines, the artist has a right to extend the deadline of the art.
- For both general and V-Tuber commissions, if a deadline is set, I, the artist will try their best to meet up with said deadline. The client should also make sure to keep consistent contact with the artist during the workflow of the art.

Voice Over Work
About me
Brandon is a Non-Binary Filipino American born and raised in Florida, United States. Growing up, they were limited on a handful of things due to their physical and mental health, which caused them to be inside for most of the time. However, this didn't stop them from falling in love with the arts as they grew, especially with singing and creating illustrations. While flourishing in show choir throughout high school, they also started to build up their self-taught experiences through creating digital illustrations, and eventually voice acting. But because they graduated high school in 2021, this meant that they were isolated due to the pandemic. During that year, this was when Brandon started to take voice-over more seriously, having to self-teach themselves the basics.
This didn't stop Brandon from continuing to pursue and research doing voice-over in the hopes of working remotely while also going into college full-time online. They hoped and fought for this interest to be more than a hobby. Throughout working on illustrations and voice-overs, they found a deep fondness to try to connect and help other creators bring their characters and stories to life, and they remain working hard to continue to reach the entertainment industry in hopes of connecting characters, stories, and creators, and try to constantly improve and refine their craft as much as they can."I always have a soft spot for the creative arts, and I hope to help people tell their stories and work with them to create impactful, meaningful, or even comedic works that'll touch the hearts of people."---If you're looking for someone who is incredibly passionate and versatile, don't hesitate to reach out!
